From extreme tunnel penetrations to full ocean depths, we can design, engineer, build and support projects of all kinds. Where “off the shelf” solutions exist, DOER will identify these as options. Where nothing exists to do the job, DOER will undertake a “ground up” design and build but always with the client’s objectives and budget as critical design constraints.
