The Ocean Instruments mooring mount for current profilers is designed for easy deployment with integrated weights, a modular mount, and an optional gimble. The unit can be provided in either stainless steel or aluminum and is built for simple breakdown for shipping. The system has a wide base at 5′ and can be provided with trawl-resistant side plates.
