Ocean Instruments rents the IxBlue Posidonia System for deep water tracking of equipment. The Posidonia is an ideal USBL for towed application in deep water. OI can also provide a MRU/INS system with the USBL for a complete positioning package for high accuracy tracking of equipment.

The USBL consists of a transceiver, which is mounted on vessel, and a transponder/beacon which is connected to the equipment you want to track and collect position data from.
